rantings of my friend.

Okay, Friend of mine has an issue with photographers also.

Lets just say Friend is... a guy and thinks along the lines of mine... Lets call him.. George from now on.
He says that recently, he saw a DSLR thats worth rm12 999. GILA, man Rm 13 000 for ONE CAMERA! gila! Okay, perhaps someone already knows who it is.. But your lips are sealed! Or i chop off your head.

He said that, how many famous photographers that has make it big has actually etched on your mind? If you people answer some guy right, i know you all sure google first then only tell me. Don't lie. The ONE AND ONLY person that came to my mind when i was asked that question was : JAY MANUEL.

You know, the dude photographer from ANTM? Yes. that one.

I told him Jay Manuel, the only one i could think of. And his response?

"See?? ONLY ONE! ONE IN A FUCKING TRILLION!"
That seriously got me laughing. But he also has a point....

Then we made a list of what we could do with rm 12 999 and more.
I'm not enclosing his list, because it'll totally give away his identity.

But mine is:
My own PC = Rm 6 000
My own Laptop = Rm 4 000
A new phone = Rm 1 500
Some 12MP digicam = Rm 1 500 can easily get.

You see, no need to get DSLR, just get 12MP camera can feed your photography fetishes. Summore can get branded and high quality PC AND Laptop. Aiyo. Best buy lorr! ;D

According to George, he said you aren't able to make it big unless you have superb amazingly godlike skills. True, i support his point. If you wanna buy DSLR to SS with your own face ah, gimme the rm 4000 i'll go buy my own laptop. No need for you to waste your money. >___>

And then, rm 10 000 is the VERY lest you can use for photography. Seriously, the lens, the casing, can kill you.

Conclusion?
Never try photography if you're parents aren't billionaires. Seriously.

But then again, if my parents were billionaires, I'd spend all their money on liposuction on myself and shopping. ;D
ain't that nice?

Something for you all to ponder on. And a change from the previously bitter post. :)
